A very famous song ‘Tenu Samjhawan Ki’’ of movie ‘Virsa’, sung by Rahet Fateh Ali Khan and composed by Jawad Ahmed, has been reinvented for the upcoming movie of Dharma Production ‘Humpty Sharma ki Dulhaniya’. Arjit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal have sung the latest version of this song.

It’s not for the first time that Bollywood has copied songs from Pakistan. Who could forget Umar Sharif’s famous qawwali ‘Larka Badnaam Hua’ which was transformed into a hit dancing number ‘Munni Badnaam Hui’ for the film ‘Dabang’.

The music of ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya’ has been composed by a new comer Sharib Toshi. While the song under discussion has been filmed on the main leads of the movie Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt.

The original ‘Tenu Samjhawan Ki’ had two versions. In the first one, Rahet Fateh Ali Khan has sung the entire song while in the second one Pakistani female singer Farah Anwar accompanied him for a duet version of this song.
