Saadia Khan Speaks In Favor Of Gay Rights

Saadia Khan, is very excited about her acting debut in Bollywood’s first Indo-Pak gay movie ‘Dunno Y2- Life is a Moment’. It is a sequel to the 2010 movie ‘Dunno Y…Na Jaane Kyun’ that bagged 11 international awards.

Khan will be seen paired opposite Kapil Sharma (no, not the standup comedian) in the movie which is a love story between an Indian and a Pakistani gay man who meet each other in a foreign land.

Speaking exclusively to HIP in a telephonic conversation, the Pakistani beauty sounded quite excited about her acting debut and revealed that she is going to play a very simple girl named Ayesha.

“My character Ayesha is of a hopelessly romantic person who has no idea her love interest is gay”
“I have represented my country well,” she added.

Proud of working in the first ever Indian- Norwegian collaboration, the actress seems to be a in favour of gay rights and rightly so.

“I believe that love cannot be restricted and can happen anywhere at any time and with anyone.”

Directed by Norwegian director Tonje Gjevjon and Indian director Sanjay Sharma, the movie is shot in Norway and its cast also includes the popular Zeenat Aman along with Yuvraaj Parashar, Meera and European actors and has international crew.

Recently, the movie had its premiere at Opera House of Oslo where it did not only it did not only win accolades from the audience but also positive reviews from critics.
