Aishwarya promotes many brands today, post her delivery and a flab mother stage. She was recently also seen promoting a very popular jewellery brand Kalyan Jewellers in Mumbai, where she was called to inaugurate the fourth store of the store in Mumbai.
But what an oops! moment. She almost tripped while walking towards the store, while greeting those present at the occassion. She was, however lucky that she had someone greet her and save her from a massive embarassment of falling right at the beauty of her face.
