Aamir Liaquat is one of the big names in the hosting industry of Pakistan and is also a widely known scholar who has international recognition.

Aamir had a few things to tell the people when Interior Ministry of Pakistan revealed that his name was on TTP’s hit list.

After the threats, Interior Ministry has backed security for the scholar. Liaquat on the other hand takes the name of JUI Senator Hamd Ullah in accordance with the threats and says that he should be immediately arrested by the government.

Liaquat says that he was not afraid of the threats and he had full faith in Allah and his Prophet (P.B.U.H). He added that he wasn’t going to beg anyone for security. Liaquat took up the TTP head on using strong words against them. The star anchor also showed signs of the fact that his fans were unhappy at the government’s take on the issue.
