We recently got our hands on the latest photo shoot of Sara Loren for Shariq textiles. It was Shocking to see that the Pakistani actress went through her lips plastic surgery again, this time her lips look more fuller and much bigger than the previous surgery. This surgery has made her look completely unrecognizable and it is hard to believe that she is the same Pakistani Actress Mona Lizza. What a HUGE change!!!!
